THE FESTIVAL
What is Rebel Tattoo Fest?
Rebel Tattoo Fest is a full weekend of tattooing, alternative traders, live music, performers, food, drinks and entertainment, with camping available for those who want to make a proper weekend of it.
Where is Rebel Tattoo Fest?
Rebel Tattoo Fest will take place at Longthorns Farm in Dorset, next to Monkey World.
What are the festival opening times?
Friday from 4pm – camping arrivals, live music and entertainment only. No tattooing will take place on Friday.
Saturday: 10am–8pm
Sunday: 11am–6pm
Final entry and camping arrival information will be sent to ticket holders before the festival.
Is the festival indoors or outdoors?
Both. Tattooing will take place inside dedicated tattoo halls, with traders, entertainment, food, drinks and other activities taking place across the festival site.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. Rebel Tattoo Fest is a family-friendly event and children of all ages are welcome. Some traders, artwork and entertainment may feature alternative, horror-inspired or adult-themed content, so parental discretion is advised.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome on the festival site but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Dogs are not permitted inside the tattoo halls. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and ensuring they are comfortable in a busy festival environment.
Assistance dogs are permitted throughout the site.

When do tickets go on sale?
Ticket release dates will be announced on our website and social media pages.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets may be available on the gate if the event has not sold out. Booking in advance is strongly recommended.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entry to Rebel Tattoo Fest, access to the tattoo halls, alternative makers market, live music, performances and general festival entertainment.
Tattooing, piercing, food, drinks, camping and individually priced activities are not included unless stated otherwise.
Are weekend tickets available?
Yes. Adult and child day tickets and weekend tickets will be available.
Is camping included in my festival ticket?
No. Camping must be booked separately in addition to your festival ticket.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
Tickets will be issued electronically. Please have your ticket or QR code ready on your phone when you arrive.
Can I leave and come back?
Yes, re-entry will be permitted as long as you keep your festival wristband on. Damaged or removed wristbands may not be accepted.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Please check the date and ticket type carefully before purchasing.
Can I transfer my ticket to somebody else?
Ticket transfer information will be confirmed when tickets go on sale.
TATTOOS AND PIERCINGS
Can I get tattooed at the festival?
Absolutely. Rebel Tattoo Fest will bring together talented tattoo artists from across the UK, offering a huge range of styles.
Do I need to book a tattoo in advance?
Some artists will take advance bookings, while others will offer walk-up appointments during the festival. Booking arrangements will be handled directly by each artist.
Follow our artist announcements and contact your chosen artist directly to discuss their availability.
Is the tattoo included in my entry ticket?
No. Your entry ticket provides access to the festival. Tattoo prices are agreed with and paid directly to the individual artist.
Will artists have flash available?
Yes. Many artists will bring exclusive flash designs, although some may also accept custom bookings. Check each artist’s page or contact them directly for details.
What should I bring for my tattoo appointment?
Bring valid photographic ID, your booking details, a suitable method of payment and anything specifically requested by your artist.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. Make sure you have eaten, are well hydrated and have followed your artist’s preparation advice.
Can I get pierced at the festival?
Yes, professional piercers will be available. The available piercings, age restrictions, identification requirements and booking arrangements will be confirmed by each piercer.
What hygiene measures will be in place?
All tattooists and piercers must provide the required licences, insurance and professional documentation before being accepted.
The tattoo areas will be operated in accordance with local authority requirements and strict infection-control procedures.

Is camping available?
Yes. Weekend camping will be available for tents and motorhomes, with electric hook-up spaces also available.
Camping must be booked separately and spaces will be limited.
When can campers arrive?
Camping arrivals are planned from 4pm Friday afternoon. Confirmed departure times will be provided before the event.
Are electric hook-ups available?
Yes. A limited number of electric hook-up pitches will be available and must be booked in advance.
Are campervans and motorhomes allowed?
Yes. Designated motorhome and campervan pitches will be available. You must book the correct pitch type when purchasing your camping pass.
Is glamping available?
A limited number of huts, tipis, eco pods and other glamping options may be available. Full details and prices will be released once confirmed.
Are showers and toilets available?
Yes, toilet and washing facilities will be available for campers. Final facility details will be published before the event.
Are campfires or barbecues allowed?
Please do not bring fire pits, disposable barbecues or open-flame equipment unless the permitted items have been confirmed in the campsite rules.
Can dogs stay on the campsite?
Yes, dogs may stay on the campsite but must be kept on leads and under control. Dogs cannot be left unattended and are not permitted inside the tattoo halls.
TRAVEL, PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available across the site.
Is accessible parking available?
Accessible parking will be available. Blue Badge holders should follow the booking instructions published with the final accessibility information.
Is the festival accessible?
We want Rebel Tattoo Fest to be as accessible as possible. The site includes a mixture of indoor areas, outdoor ground and camping fields, so some surfaces may be uneven.
Detailed accessibility information will be published once the final site layout has been agreed. Please contact us before booking if you have specific access requirements.
How do I get there?
Longthorns is easy to get to via all modes of transport. Train to either Wool or Wareham station followed by a short taxi ride to the site Longthorns, Wareham BH20 6HH
FOOD, DRINK AND SHOPPING
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. There will be food vendors and a licensed bar on site throughout the festival.
Will vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food be available?
We will aim to provide a range of options for different dietary requirements. Individual vendors will display their ingredients and allergen information.
What will be available to buy?
Expect alternative art, clothing, jewellery, homeware, accessories, oddities, handmade products and plenty of things you won’t find at a beige craft fair.
Will traders accept cash or card?
Payment methods will vary between tattooists, traders and food vendors. We recommend bringing both a bank card and some cash, as signal cannot always be guaranteed at outdoor events.
SITE RULES AND SAFETY
What can’t I bring?
Weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, flares and anything considered dangerous are strictly prohibited.
Will bags be searched?
For everyone’s safety, security staff may conduct bag checks at the entrance.
Is there security on site?
Yes. Security will be present during the festival and overnight.
Will first aid be available?
Yes. First-aid provision will be available throughout the event.
What happens if it rains?
The festival will continue unless conditions become unsafe. Please check the forecast and dress for British weather doing what British weather does best.
Will I appear in festival photographs?
Official photographers and videographers will be working at the event. Images may be used to promote Rebel Tattoo Fest and future events.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak to a member of the event team.
What behaviour is expected?
Rebel Tattoo Fest welcomes everyone.
Abuse, harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour or deliberately making others feel unsafe will not be tolerated. Anyone behaving inappropriately may be removed without a refund.
ARTISTS AND TRADERS
How can I apply as a tattoo artist?
Tattoo artist applications will be available through the Book a Booth page on our website.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Successful applicants will be contacted directly.
How can I apply as a trader?
Traders can apply by completing an application form and returning it to us.
Can I apply as a piercer?
Yes. Professional piercers with the appropriate licences and insurance can apply through the website.
Can bands and performers apply?
Entertainment applications and enquiries can be submitted through the contact details on our website.
Do artists and traders need insurance?
Yes. All traders, artists, performers and activity providers must hold appropriate insurance and provide any licences or safety documentation requested by the organiser.
